About Deepa Surti
our background
RecruiTalent was established in 2019 by Deepa Surti after years of seeing employers frustrated with traditional recruitment. Prior to launching RecruiTalent, Deepa spent over 20 years in the recruitment industry providing hands-on, end-to-end solutions primarily within the financial services sector, specifically within superannuation, wealth management, financial planning, and insurance. Deepa spent two years working with one of the largest international recruitment companies prior to co-founding a national recruitment agency providing staff to the banking and finance industry, as well as the accounting and legal sectors. Deepa also spent several years running her own independent freelance recruitment business where she developed a transparent, stringent, systematic process which she still follows today.
